Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, another UPC question. The box was on this morning and now it's dead. Older non HD DVR version.

Called tech but no help and next engineer is Tuesday morning. Powered off and on, says InIt on screen and can get it to setup as per UPC instructions.

Concern is I can see nothing in TV screen - just a blue screen, no setup, menus etc?? Should I be able to see something? I have a standard box and it just says UPC, nothing from it either in a different room. Have it working in a third room and afraid to turn it off??

Sometimes they send out update signals to the boxes, but the old ones have a problem with the update. So, the box ends up corrupt and can't do anything.

Usually when the tech comes, he will just replace the box with a newer model.
