Have completed this six times and got six emails but no new PIN in any of the emails. WTF??

always got my pin on paper through the post with reminder to update.

Doing for father in law who is up for the week-end. Hope I get a reply Monday.
He must have opted in for the electronic reminders and does get get paper ones.

Yes it defaults to electronic reminder when your purchasing it online, you have to deselect the option if you want the paper based reminder.

If you've been getting electronic reminders and opt out (link at bottom of email), it will default back to paper reminders automatically, and you will receive a paper renewal notice for that period early the following month.

Can't you just click PIN Retrieval, it will give you a new number.

Whats in the body of the email , just this with no pin at the end of the first sentence?
