Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What are other years being told about actuarial exemptions?

I graduated from this programme GY309 last year and nobody in my class has received any information about their actuarial exemptions.

Hi. I'm currently in first year in this course. We were informed that if we received sufficient grades, we'd get 3 actuarial exemptions.

    CT1 - Financial Mathematics
CT3 - Probability and Mathematical Statistics
    CT7 - Economics

I hope this is of some help to you.

I emailed the lecturer last week and still haven't been told what actuarial exemptions I got. I didn't even get any reply and neither did my classmates. This is despite the lecturer emailing us to say he has all the results for us.

Do any past graduates (of B.Sc. Financial Mathematics and Economics, CAO Code GY309) know if these things are usually so complicated to get any information on?

I didn't get a reply from the lecturer today either. I at least would have expected he would tell us when he would give us the information rather than having us wonder if there were really any actuarial exemptions at all.
