Seeking Business provision of the Consumer Credit Act 2006

Hi, would anybody have any idea or may be link where can I find the Seeking Business provisions of Consumer Credit Act 2006? I have to explain the seeking business provisions 2006 in my own words, but I've no idea what these provisions state I've tried to find info on google but it always showing me the 1974 Act not the 2006. I would really appreciate any help. Thanks.

That is an act of the british parliament, correct? I dont think you will find much on british law on an irish message board.
