What with Bailies sending out 3 bags at a time, monthly sub., and my upcoming 3 bag group buy, I'll have plenty over Christmas.
Should be no worry storing but......what's the best way?
I have three bags in a plastic storage box in a cold garage. Sealed, dark, cool. That's about it really. Any point in chucking roasted beans in the freezer?

nope. Just try to consume beans within a month. I find day 7-21 the best, although probably no big dip in quality within a month.

Sealed glass jar does the job

    Wierdo

I bury my excess beans at least 4.3 feet underground on a southeast facing hill, no more than 87m above sea level. And if you can convince your local family of friendly badgers to look after them in their sett, then all the better.
