    So with Schalke ,Bayern, Madrid, Spurs, Panathinaikos and Athletic Club preferring no ratings cap and Villa neutral that gives six in favour against 2...

    So even if the last 3 vote for a cap that still gives a no cap majoirty. I reckon that's sorted then.

    The loan offer for Ali ADNAN of AS Roma from Anzhi has been accepted. The loan deal has been completed.

    What's the position in the cup rules about loaning in players? If its not against the rules then I have a few more that might interest people..
