Things are going well in Paris.

Paris Saint-Germain beat Real Madrid 3 - 1 in their Division 1 fixture.
Kompany scored a brace and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.
Lavezzi was also on the scoresheet for his side.

I'm not involved, but could I suggest two byes and two matches to give you 4 teams for semis? :)

Oh cool, sorry I'm a little slow tonight, could you explain please :o :pac:

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,721 ✭✭✭Al Capwned

Pick two of the teams at random to go straight in the semis.
Then you have four left - two games - two winners from these that join the two byes to give 4 teams - two semis.

    :)

An unsurprising 2 1 defeat to CSKA. Our away form has been utterly atrocious.

    No hassle at all.
All about getting to 2, 4, 8, 16 etc teams... Years of looking at odd numbers in cup draws in our leagues

The match ended 0 - 0 between Hamburger SV and Ajax in their Division 1 fixture.
Capoue had an impressive game and was voted Man of the Match

2-1 loss to the form team of division 2, Spartak Moscow. 25 shots compared to their 15 but need to be putting them away!

    Best team won in fairness!
You forgot to mention the spartak red card!

Sorry lad (colemania), was a bit locked when I wrote that last night.

Happy to beat one of the top teams in the division, onwards and upwards :)

Apologies...I just realised there's been a few bids sitting there from other managers which I hadn't responded to. Rejecting as nessecary now.

Also just realised Llorentte and Kroos' bans are up today. Kroos really isn't going anywhere unless there's a superstar coming back the other way. ;)

So my Porto squad has only 3 newcastle players (Thank £*ck!) and with one of those being Santon (already at Inter - to be finalised in RL once loan completes), now Adam Campbell has been released :( not the rising star I'd hoped he was ...

On a more positive note Vanaken (whom I bought from a small Belgian team called Lokeren) has agreed a move to Club Brugge
