I changed my team at 8:10 tonight having decided that Thursdays game against Liverpool was a nothing match for both teams and I'd play a mostly 2nd string team to see how good my squad is.

At 8:30 the result for the 3rd leg of the smfa shield came thru and my 2nd string team were playing. I lost the game 2-3 and go out on away goals.

I thought after 8:00 it wud be safe to plan for the next match??

Congrats to real Madrid, it shud be a good game against Juventus in the final.

At a guess, I'd say he waited til SM adjusted the value and then was able to bid the higher amount

It's happened a couple of times to me recently. I'll throw in a max bid on a new player, which is then rejected because they've increased his value so what was his max bid is now below the minimal accepted.

When buying from unmanaged it's going to be CASH ONLY.... you can't trade players to an unmanaged club, unless this GW is somehow different???

In some GW's you can trade players with unmanaged clubs, just depends on the set up

I was thinking the same.... pretty sure I've never seen players to trade to unmanaged clubs....

It's seems to be cash only in this league but I remember the very first random league I was assigned to and once lads left it I was able to buy from unmanaged clubs and include 2 of my players in the deal to lower the cash needed to get it through.
