So, now that I've finally reached the laptop, the full extent of my haul is clear:

Bas Dost (89) - Max Bid of 15.8m.
Cedric Bakambu (89) - Max bid of 19.8m
Ettiene Capoue (89) - 11.0m
Javi Fuego (89) - 7.3m
Martin Caceres (89) - 8.0m unopposed (:eek: )

I could have got at least four more as well including Sebastion Rudy, Gokhan Tore, a player who's now at an external, and possibly Tupac's Robert Muric too had I not had insufficient funds.


It's like SM just picked a few clubs at random and decided that they were getting all the players. Strange.


I'm glad I got Bas Dost though. He had a fantastic scoring record in Division 3 last season so hopefully he can solve my extraordinarily poor shot conversion problems.

FC Porto beat FC Lorient 3 - 2 in their SMFA Shield Group G fixture.
Martial scored a goal and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.
Lukaku was also on the scoresheet for his side

I've figured out the logic for the unmananged buying player allocation:

It isnt squad size (both manchester clubs have close to or over 200 players ...both have won 'player lotteries).

It cant be squad quality (Lazio ( Hazard, Griezmann, Neymar), Bayern (Muller, DeBruyne, Alaba, Kroos, Koke) both were able to add to their squad).

It cant be positional quality (Barca (Messi, Bale, Ronaldo) got Ziyech).

It cant be manager activity (Liverpool signed some from unmanaged).

It has to be BJs ... I know I havent dished out any sexual favours to SM personel, I also know I havent won a single multi bid player from unmanaged yet, ... it's obvious!

Wake up to find Glushakov and Gignac are now at Everton - although judging by Russia's displays in France I kinda wish I'd missed out on Glushakov! But he is welcome I suppose...
