Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Where do people buy their descaler and cleaning products these days?

I see that there's a range here for example but I'm not sure of the quality of the descaler?

The Puly Caff grouphead cleaning tablets/powder seems to be a standard product across most coffee websites.

I've recently purchased a Rancilio Silvia so I want to treat her right ;)

I use Cafiza for cleaning out the Silvia. You need a blind basket to do the backflush.

I also take off the shower screen and soak that in cafiza water too. I think I got it from Has Bean or coffee angel a while back.

For descaling I use Dezcal though I usually need to buy that off ebay or somewhere but in truth I don't use it that often.

Coffee Angel seem to have this Cafeto product now which I'm sure will work fine as well.
