Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

Does anyone know how long it normally takes for the 90 Euro credit to be added to your Nespresso account when you buy a Nespresso machine? The e mail for when I applied said it can take four weeks, is this normally the case?

Took around 3 weeks for me but I received my credit in the form of a credit card style in the post which you then redeem online.

This was back in February when they ran a similar deal.

Off-topic: does anyone know is it any cheaper or just the same to stock up on capsules in one of the boutiques rather than online?

Thanks for that. Was wondering how long I would have to wait before ordering. Would also be interested in knowing is it cheaper ordering online or in BT.

You have to pay for postage up to 200 capsules, after that its free postage. So if you're only buying below 200 it would be cheaper to purchase in-store. No difference in prices online or in-store anyway.

30 euro of the credit has now been applied to my account. Does anybody know can this just be used online or can it be used instore? Do you just bring ID and your membership number?
