Obviously I could just delete these emails, but I don't want that. I want these emails to stop. I don't have an emobile account. You should not have my email address. Please stop using my email address and please find out which a/c my email address is assigned to and get the correct email address for that a/c and stop using mine

this seems similar to the issue i am currently having with emobile. check the thread “emobile fraud and identity theft” and consider if yours could be a similar issue…

    Hi there,

Apologies for the delay. If you're receiving these emails and you're not an eMobile customer, could you PM us with your email address and we can look into this further.

    Thanks,

    Alan

Oh wow, I was obviously busy ringing/texting over Christmas & New Years as this month I received a bill for €70

And just to be clear that is a bill for an account I don't have

Somehow I am not surprised. My issue with that fraudulent eMobile account is still ongoing as well, despite several calls from eMobile/eircom assuring me that all is under control and the account closed and apologies and all. They also promised written confirmation which has never materialised either. And today I got another bill.
There is clearly something very wrong at eMobile, something really major, and some people there should get fired, possibly sued as well. They are either just feckless losers and liars or actual criminals, and somehow I am starting to believe the latter may be the case and am seriously considering getting legal advice on this whole mess right now. Didn’t think it would ever come to this.

Hi Daceloid, apologies, I was away last week. I have been advised that on the information provided, there is no eMobile account. I have asked for further investigation into the eircom account but I cannot see why the bill would specifically say eMobile from this. I will be back tomorrow or early Wednesday.

Another month and another email about a bill on an account you say I don't have.
If I don't have an account, why are you sending me emails.

Hi Dacelonid, this is an odd one as I can confirm no account exists nor do we have your details. I have PM'd you just now on this also.
