    Im going to be getting one of these fitted over the next few weeks & just wanted to know is it just the payg meter that's fitted to where the old meter was outside in the meter box or is there a second small unit that goes inside your house that can be moved around to let you know when credit is running low?

    We would need to see your account details to be able to answer this question fully.

    There are two different types of Pay As You Go meter. One replaces your meter outside and no internal device is fitted. You just have to have a standard 24 hour meter for this. The second type of meter is fitted usually in cases where a customer has a Night Saver meter but it is not limited only to those types of meters. In those cases the meter outside remains as it is and an internal device is fitted to top up on.

    If you're the account holder, just send us a private message with your full name, telephone number, account number and address, we can look into this for you and clarify this.
