Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi,
I've been receiving email to my iol.ie account for years on my iphone 4s. I recently changed service provider from Eircom to O2 and now only have the odd email coming through. I deleted the account and re-added it with smtp.o2.ie as the outgoing mail server (previously it was mail1.eircom.net) and pop.iol.ie as the incoming server.
Does anyone know why I can't get emails?
It is as if they are stuck somewhere but there is no "mail days to sync" option.
