Laptop to Tv probs

    Last night connected new laptop to sony bravia flat screen tv via hdmi cable & started to watch a DVD thru it. the picture went green & blurry after a while, & b4 that it was quite jumpy. Any solutions?!

    First things I would try:

    1. Make sure you have the latest video drivers for your laptop.
    2. Check some other device on the same HDMI port and cable...

    There's a good chance its the cable. Is it a cheap cable? I had the same problem and my Sony bravia, bought a good cable and the screen was fine.
