QE7 Timer

My TRAC QE7 immersion timer burnt out the other night almost causing a fire.I didn't realise there was a recall on these until I went online to look up one.Are they still replacing these or does anybody know?

Give these guys a call, I think they could be the distributors for them. Any time I go in there anyway there's a stack of the around.
