Best broadband/ tv bundle

Hey lads, I have being checking it up but its confusing with the cpw, boards offers etc.. Basically looking for the best deal out there at the moment for broadband and tv. I think we would prefer upc broadband, it seems more reliable. Looking at the €37 deal in cpw but goes up to €73 four months later. Would we be better…
