    Hi hopgirl,

Thank you for contacting us on Boards.

If your parents want to change their statement frequency to every three months, they can request this when logged into Bank of Ireland 365 Online from the Online Service Desk and the Ask a Question option. Alternatively they can call Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365 / 003531 4044000 and a representative can update this on their account.

If they need to request an up-to-date statement, please call Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365, then select option 1, 5 and 1 to be brought to the statement order menu. If this is requested before 3.30pm, the statement will be produced overnight and be issued by post, or if they are signed up to estatements, the estatement will be ready to download the following working day.

I hope the above information helps, please let us know if you need help with any other query.

    Thanks,
    Sarah

This was going on for two weeks we were not told this, even when we went into our branch yesterday they didn't know why the statements were like like. Not even one bit helpful. We need the statement urgently is there anyway it can be faxed? Thank you

    Hi hopgirl,

    Thank you for your reply.

Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service you received in branch. When you order an up to date statement this can only be posted to the address on the account or received as an eStatement online if registered for this option. A faxed statement would not be possible. A posted statement can take three to five working days to arrive in the post.

If one of your parents would like a call back to discuss their statement frequency with a representative, we can certainly arrange this here. Please send a private message with your parent's name, contact number and account holding branch. Please do not include account numbers in the private message.

    Thanks,
