    Trying to get details on my Direct Debit, specifically what the unique mandate reference ID is (as somewhere between the bank and eircom there is a complete communication breakdown), only to be told that not only can I not call this department, I can't even email them. They will only deal with post to a PO Box. Surely there is some way of getting what should be a simple query dealt with over the phone?
