Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It's only getting two bars right beside the wireless modem.
Leave the room, and it stops working altogether.

I've tried everything suggested on Apple's website, and nothing has worked.

5th gen currently running iOS 8.1.2, but even a factory reset made no difference.

    Any ideas?

I had a similar issue with a iPhone 4 a couple of years back. As the device was a bit old, I decided to try and fix myself so I took it to pieces, removed the Wifi antenna and then put it back. Wifi was perfect after that (and still is).

I suspect it was a loose connection relating to the Antenna, just be warned, it will void any warranty and they are very fiddly to take to pieces so wouldn't recommend it unless you are confident!

I've taken an iPad apart before, and that was a pain in the hole.
    Never again.

    Thanks for the reply.
