    If you purchased from Apple then go back to them. If they attempt to fob you off with a 1 year warranty stuff, then you may have to go to the small claims court.

    Either way, the phone shouldn't have that fault and should last longer than just 2 years.

    This. You should have gone straight to one of their authorized dealers.

    TBH the working life of an iphone has often, anecdotally, been reported at two years. Probably time to go buy a 6.
