Exactly as my title say is there any point in personal declarations being sent into the ICB because as far as I can tell no bank accept them. Exactly as my title say is there any point in personal declarations being sent into the ICB because as far as I can tell no bank accept them.

ICB advised my husband to send one in whilst we try sort out the incorrect reporting of him to ICB and all should be grand with banks as we are in the process of trying to get a mortgage but all banks have said no way we in no way will accept one we only accept if you have a clean ICB report.

So what is the point of them?
