Advice on Workouts with Tennis Elbow

    Hi Folks,
    Im pretty much a novice to weight training having been a cardio sports freak for many years. Anyhow, I have damaged my elbow (tendons ie Tennis Elbow) possibly due to the cumulative effect of ocassional bad lifting form and perhaps too much weight. Anyhow, I have to avoid lifting weights using upperbody for a few weeks until pain subsides....if any one has any advice how to stay worked on my upper body while I wait until it heals. Obviously, Ill be working out legs abs, etc but anyone has any Shoulder, arm/ back exercises that avoid putting pressure on the elbow or that involve a stiffened straight arm (maybe thats impossible?) Thanks in advance.

    check out the website mwod, they have a video on dealing with tennis elbow. I wrapped mine with up like they demoed and it worked in no time.
