got upgrade today can i return phone?

    I just got an upgrade today and signed up for a plan,can I return phone,plan costing too much,want to switch to cheaper plan.

    Not with all mobile operators. AFAIR, consumer law doesn't cater for it with mobiles. Only remorse is if bought online
