    Could someone please help me here?

    Had a computer problem on my home desk top computer-got a "computer engineer" who advertised his services to solve the problem but ended up losing nearly everything on the PC-eventually got a company on the net called iYogi to fix which they did but took a long time to fix & it was very slow & expensive -and there are a lot of negative comments about this company on the net-does anybody know of a reliable & trustworthy computer technician/engineer in the Waterford area,please.
    I would really appreciate some help on this as I don't know much about computers.Thanks

    Whats the problem with the PC. You might be able to sort it yourself with a bit of advice.

    Did you ever get the files back that the technician lost.
