Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All

Just a quick post to see if anyone has had a problem with one knee swelling?. Swelling is refined to side of knee but has went away after 10 days of rest. It seemed to happen out of the blue as i run often. Sudden movement or change of direction when walking can lead to sharp pain at back of knee for a split second...any ideas?...cheers

If it happens again, go see a physio.
