Broadban speed increase.

    I got a phone call from one of your colleagues the other day about signing up to a 12 month contract. In the course of the discussion I ask the question of the speed on my line. He told me that I should be able to get 5mb after an upgrade on the line. I currently receive 2mb, and he was to increase the speed. This was last week and there has been on change to my speed  I was wondering it someone may be able to look into this for me.
