Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Another big thank you to everybody that participated!

The response rate has gone over the 100 (120 received!) and survey Monkey will not allow me to access responses after 100.

So thank you again for your help, I really appreciate it. Far better response than I was expecting!

I will make a contribution to Childline tomorrow in your name (I will post a receipt).

I will also post the results once I have downloaded them and out them into some order.
