No response from email query on website?

    Hi,I recently sent an email query as directed on your website but have not heard anything back? Not sure whether to email again ? What is the normal turn around for a simple account query? Can someone help me ? Thanks so much..

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    A number of working days is required for response to an email query - how many days depends on incoming volumes.

    We can take over your query here on Boards if you wish. Just send a private message (hover over my username to the left of this post, and a dropdown with the private messaging/PM option will appear - select this and you will be directed to the private messaging page with my username automatically populating the recipient field).

    In the message, we would require a note confirming you are the account-holder, your Electric Ireland account number, your name, address in full, MPRN or telephone number, and the details of your query. You will be responded to ASAP.
