Change of billing date to 1st of every month

    I want to change the billing date every month to the 1st. How can I arrange this?

    Hi Eddie,

    There is the option of the Equaliser, which involves a set amount (subject to review) being paid by direct debit every month on the date of the customer's choosing.

    Otherwise, it is simply a matter of contacting Electric Ireland each time you receive your bill every two months, to change the payment date to the 1st of the following month (or as close to it as possible). If you choose this option and if you pay by direct debit, you would need to contact us a minimum of five working days in advance of the direct debit due date.
