    Anyone know what part of Dublin has phone numbers starting with 85 ?

    Ballybough/Amiens Street/North Strand have 855, but I'm not sure it's strictly a geographical thing anymore.

    It's not really dependent anymore since you can take your phone number with you when you move nowadays.

    Did you try google the number?
