I missed a direct debit payment - what happens now?

    Hi,

    I missed a direct debit payment - I think you requested the money some day over the weekend and it wasn't there - looking at my bank statement it is a little unclear about the exact date or whether you have tried more than once to take the money..

    I get paid tomorrow Thursday 18th - will you guys go back in for the D/D or do I need to call up and pay by card?
