    Hey all,

    Just wondering is it possible to change a tariff?

    I'm in an apartment were its set as Domestic, but i have lived in places were it was "ValueSaver Nightsafer" which seems to be a bit cheaper when comparing bills

    Thank you for getting in touch. Your tariff certainly can be changed, this refers to your price plan. We can take a look at your account if you like to see what you'd be eligible for. We can't apply this discounts here on Boards, but our Sales team are contactable by phone at 1850 30 50 90 (Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm and Saturday 8am-6pm) and would be happy to go through the best deal with you and apply the discounts.
