Moved frm eircom to upc,alarm wont text us

We just moved from Eircom to UPC.When with Eircom the HKC alarm would send us a text if it was triggered.Since moving to UPC the alarm doesnt send us the text.We set if off to see if it would send a text but it didnt. How do I get the alarm set back up with the UPC box? Theres 2 spare cat5 cables sitting there at the UPC…
