I watched a good Polish noir film called Ida. Can anyone make any good noir recommendations that they have seen recently?

Ida isn't a Noir. Do you mean black and white films? Noirs are typically crime dramas and aren't necessarily in black and white

A good noir would be along the lines of "Chinatown" or something.

The long goodbye with Elliott Gould is worth a look.

Farewell My Lovely with Dick Powell
    LA Confidential
    The Third Man
    Out Of The Past
Pursued - great western noir with Robert Mitchum

If you enjoyed Ida, I would recommend exploring some of Robert Bresson's films.

Ida is a wonderful film, and in some ways it reminded me of Bresson. As regards contemporary film makers; Michael Haneke's work might also be of interest to you.
