Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

CE sick pay????

I have a friend who is on a CE scheme.

I know that on the scheme, the participant is allowed 56 hours sick leave for which they will be paid.

Unfortunately my friend has been sick (doctor certified sick leave) for more than the allowed 56 hours and now her employers say that they are going to cut her money. She only earns €20 more than her dole so any cut will be severely felt.

What options are available to her so that she doesn't lose out financially?

I think it is crazy that you can be penalised financially for being sick if you are trying to better yourself on a CE scheme.
