Tight bore barrels in sniper rifles

Anyone out there using a tight bore barrel in a sniper rifle? Did you see much improvement in range? What diameter are you using?

I Put a deep fire stainless steel 6.02mm inner barrel paired with a firefly super soft hop up rubber into a bar10 and was achieving a 12" grouping at 75m
