    I can't access my account online and the reset pass is not working for me.

    Of course - we would be happy to help. Please send us a private message with your details. You'll need to confirm you're the account holder and we'll need your name, account number, address, date of birth and email address. Please give us a brief breakdown of exactly what the issue is when you try and reset your password.
