Messages not saving on Lumia 625

Problem with phone not saving messages or phone calls in the phone. The message will appear on the start screen in preview, but won't show up when I check in the messages folder. Been going on about about a week Any ideas?

Check your date and time,my phone does the same if they're incorrect.
