    Hi all
Hope someone knows of ever doing this we have a mortgage that we have been paying with nearly 3 years and also have a loan of 15000 with the credit union as our new home needed some repairs. Our mortgage is with aib.
Just wondering has anybody went about adding the loan to the mortgage the house was valued when we bought it as 185000 and got it valued last month and it's 230000, hopefully it can be done as 1 monthly payment would be great.

Your best bet is to remortgage and you can include the home improvements once you can provide evidence the 15k was spent improving the property. Good loan to value rates and fixed rates available at the moment. You may also get free legal fees to cover the remortgage. Is available up to 31st December however it may be extended to the New Year.

Just to confirm the 1k towards legal fees has been extended up to 31st December 2015 if you wish to switch mortgage. This should cover the full cost.
