Anyone know why I am being charged full price of €5.99 delivery when there website states..

For orders over 100€, get Standard Delivery for only 1€!

For orders under 100€, get Standard Delivery for only 5.99€!

I should add my order is well over €100.

No I'm using the Irish site now.

Maybe it was €6.99 not €5.99.I checked that out in the FAQ and the above quote was there.

I've never had any bad experiences with them, and shop there a lot. The only thing that can be a bit hit and miss are the sizes, but thats online shopping in general. Easily exchangeable if say you did get a big medium fitting thats more like large, which has happened to me a few times, but thats really the brands, and not sports direct.

I had a look on their facebook page as well. I've stacked up about 100 EUR worth of clothing, but the reviews are ALL negative. Poor people genuinely unhappy with their service, replying with how bad it is to every post made by SportsDirect on their FB page.

Perhaps the Irish service is better than in the UK? Or is it all under the same branch?

I've been getting things for over two years and never had an issue.

RE: Sizes.. If you have a SportsWorld near you check out sizes there it is the same company.

Well I placed an order with them on the 22nd at 10am and apart from the automatic acknowledgement of the order have not heard anything since. I do realise its the holiday season but placed an order with Wiggle yesterday and items dispatched today. Also money taken within a day of my order with SportsDirect.

You're hardly gonna post to their facebook if everythings ok. Its only the disgruntled people that will be on there commenting.

Used them 5 or 6 times in the last few years, no problems. Last order was 2-3wks ago, arrived in like 4 days. Comfy boots too, well chuffed.

Check the product description before you buy. Even the brand names can be a polyester mix,dunno if they're made especially or are rebranded but would expect some of the products to be 100% cotton at least.

Never had a problem with them bar sometimes slow dispatch. A pair of boots cane with studs missing and they were very quick to send them on separately.

Hotmail is Outlook now I think.
Get emails from them on an Outlook account.
