Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Am I right in saying that if you eat clean and have a calorie surplus then one will gain weight but in places you want it to.

For example if you have a diet high in saturated fat and sugar and there is a calorie surplus then you will gain fat around the gut and hips?

I accept that I could be totally wrong here

If you're eating too much your bodyfat will go up. Where it increases doesn't have a set order.

There is something a lot healthier looking about somebody who is fat from eating sweets, crisps and chipper food in comparison to somebody who is big from eating good food
