Current EI customer - never switched - request 'new customer' offer or will move else

    Hi,

    I'm asking this for a friend - the are EI customers and have never switched supplier.I've told them to move to find cheaper.
    Would you offr them the 'new customer' offer of the Nest etc... Elec that's currently avalable?

    Hi whiskeyman,

    If they are electricity-only customers and in a position to switch to electricity + gas with Electric Ireland (Dual Fuel) they could avail of the offer with the Nest thermostat and installation for no cost.

    If they speak to our Home Services team on 1850 30 50 85, they can advise them in further detail regarding Nest.

    Or if your friend is interested in billing discounts, our Sales team are at 1850 30 50 90.
