Pretty sure dolans do tras 7 nights a week in the front bar.

Dolans session, from what I've seen, are only ok. There isn't much to get excited about. It's a shame because, smack bang in the middle of the Clare and Sliabh Luachra traditions and with the university drawing the cream of the crop of young trad musicians, the city should be hopping with amazing trad sessions. Instead there isn't a bit. It's something the city should be embarrassed about to be honest.
