Today Jago cried a bit when I touched a paw.
I had a look and the nail of the front paw looks broken split in a half with I think some mud or whatever inside

    :(

of course is painful for him

    what should I do?
I will call the vet tomorrow of course, but of course it's also christmas time...
I have the thing to clip nails but I am absolutely scared to do it!
Do I need to try and clean it or would I do worse if I touch it?

One of my girls has broken her nail twice :( both times she needed to get sedated and have the nail removed (I think). I think it's because the nerve was exposed and it is very sore :( vet then perscribed tablets.

I would leave it until you ring vets ;)
