    Thanks for getting in touch today.

    We are aware some customers are experiencing slow response times on the mobile app.

    We're working to have this resolved asap. As soon as we've a further update, we'll certainly let you know. Just to also mention, our main  website www.365online.com is fully operational.

    Why is the app so bad lately?
    Not working last week!
    Not working yesterday!
    Gone again today!

    Thanks for your post.

    We are aware some customers experienced slow response times, when logging on to the Mobile App, for a short time this morning and on the 23rd December. We have had no reports of this yesterday. This is under investigation with our Mobile Team.

    The Mobile Team have advised the App is now fully operational. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    Eventually logged on just now.
    Incredibly slow though.
    Took about 3 minutes to log in.

    The iPhone version is still not available.

    Android app is the same oh and there is still no windows phone app..

    Yeah it's working now so my payments are late, what's the story on a Windows and phone app then.?

    We have no immediate plans for a Windows phone app, however we will be sure to advise customers if we receive an update on this. You can view an explanation on this on our Mobile app Q&A we held earlier in 2014 with Jonathan of our Mobile team here.
