    I made several attempts to pay using my debit card tonight on a particular website tonight and I got a message each time that there was an issue with the payment and to contact my bank. I eventually paid with my credit card but I've just noticed that the funds have been taken from my bank account. How do I go about getting these reversed?

    I'm not sure it it helps anything or not but I got no email confirmation from the site that the orders had been processed.

    Also I switched phones last week and I had some issues activating payees, etc but understood they were resolved.

    If you call Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365 / +353 1 4044000 a rep will be happy to look into your debit card transaction and payee activation query. Representative assisted hours are 8am - 12 midnight Mon - Fri and 9am - 6pm Sat, Sun and Bank/Public Holidays.
