Cheese is just curdled milk I think with additives which has gone past the butter phase.

Would you not eat low fat cheese, that's what I get.

Cheers, will keep an eye out for bases and give it a go. Fav toppings will be salami, peppers and pepperoni.

Not sure. Would probably need to experience both to decide :P I was recently in a foreign country with very few english speakers and found it very tough. Thankfully I could still interact with people online which helped.
