hurling, the waterford crystal competition has been replaced with a round robin muntser hurling league , with clare, kerry cork and limerick taking part , tipp have opted out of it in preparation for the league , think kilkenny are doing the same for the walsh cup i dont know the full reasoning for the exclusion

What time is it throwing in at?

I don't know anything about the pitch in Templemore but I wouldn't think there is a field west of Portlaoise where a ball will hop at the moment. The main concern with matches in these conditions is getting out without serious injuries.
