Topaz, Naas Oil, and McLoughlins have been the cheapest for the last few years (in that order, as it happens, Topaz was by far the cheapest earlier in the month, by around €60/1000L). Check them all, though, because they can change price by the day. For example, right now McLoughlins is cheaper than Topaz. I would recommend any of the three above. All friendly drivers, and all delivered when promised. Also, checkout CheapestOil.ie for a guide price.
